Preface to ACA2023
The second international conference on Advanced Computer Applications (ACA2023) is hosted by Imam Al-Kadhum College, Maysan Branch and scientifically sponsored by IEEE will be virtual via Zoom platform.
On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committee, we take great pleasure in welcoming Professors, Ph.D. and Master Students, and experts in fields of Computer Science to foster progress in the field by contributing with your expertise to what promises to be a very comprehensive and exciting meeting. Imam Al-Kadhum College (IKC) organizes the second international conference on Advanced Computer Applications (ACA2023), which will be held at Maysan, Iraq 2023. ACA2023 is an academic conference dedicated to presenting the latest results and discussing major issues related to Advanced Computer Applications. The conference is sponsored by IEEE and the accepted papers will be double-blind peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements
The Conference Objectives:
The Scope of topics that will be presented in the conference should be as follows:
Track 1: Engineering applications
Track 2: Communications applications
Track 3: Healthcare applications
Track 4: Information security
Track 5: Machine learning
Track 6: Applied physics and applied mathematics
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The papers are subjected to a double blind review process and plagiarism check. The plagiarism should not be more than 25%
Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The paper submission will be via EDAS, so authors must have an EDAS account

Imam Al-Kadhum College was established in Baghdad and Maysan city according to the formal document of the Shiite Endowment Office No. 783 at 11/23/2004 to be a scientific and religious edifice and a starting point for the original Islamic thoughts.
